How to Configure Your Notification Preferences

Set up notification preferences in Local Business Pro to control what alerts you receive and how.

Quick Answer: Go to Account > Notifications, browse notification categories, and toggle channels (Email, Push, In-App) on or off for each notification type you want to control.

Configuring Notifications

  1. Navigate to Account > Notifications
  2. Browse notification categories (Estimates, Jobs, Conversations, etc.)
  3. For each notification type, see the channel buttons
  4. Click Email to toggle email notifications on/off
  5. Click Push to toggle push notifications on/off
  6. Click In-App to toggle in-app notifications on/off
  7. Changes save automatically

Notification Channels

  • Email - Messages to your email address
  • Push - Browser or mobile push notifications
  • In-App - Notifications within Local Business Pro interface

Q: Can I have different settings for different notification types?
A: Yes, each notification type has independent channel settings. Enable email for some and push for others as needed.
