We Built This Because We've Seen the Problem
Too many great contractors are drowning in paperwork, missing calls, and working 70-hour weeks. We decided to fix that.

I've spent the last decade working with service businesses—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pest control. I've been in the trucks. I've seen the sticky notes on the dash. I've watched business owners answer calls at their kid's soccer game.
And I've watched great businesses struggle—not because the owner isn't good at their trade, but because the business side is overwhelming.
The Problem I Kept Seeing
The contractors I worked with were incredible at what they did. They could diagnose a problem in minutes. They showed up on time, did quality work, and genuinely cared about their customers.
But when it came to the back office? Chaos.
- •Missed calls going to voicemail—revenue walking out the door
- •Follow-ups forgotten—big tickets sitting on the table
- •Spreadsheets and sticky notes—no system that actually worked
They'd try software, but it was built for generic "small businesses." It didn't understand their world. They'd hire office staff, but couldn't really afford full-time help. They'd just work harder, but there are only so many hours in a day.
Why I Built This
I started asking: what if the software actually understood service businesses? What if AI could answer calls the way a great receptionist would—but actually book the job and update the CRM? What if the whole back office could run without the owner working 70 hours a week?
That's Local Business Pro.
Not generic software. Not just another AI gimmick. A complete back office designed for how service businesses actually work.
"I built this for the contractor who's great at their trade but drowning in the business side. You deserve software that works as hard as you do."

Our Values
These aren't just words on a wall. They guide every decision we make.
Simple > Complicated
If you need a manual to use it, we failed. Everything we build has to be simple enough to use from a truck with dirty hands.
Done-for-You > DIY
You run a business. You don't have time to configure software. We set it up, we train you, we're there when things go wrong.
Trade-Specific > Generic
We're not trying to serve every business in the world. We serve service businesses, and we serve them really well.
Real Support > Ticket Numbers
When you have a problem, you talk to a person. Not a chatbot. Not a ticket queue. A real human who knows your business.
