How to Find a Specific Transaction or Payment

Search for specific transactions in Local Business Pro by customer name, amount, or transaction ID.

Quick Answer: Use the search box to find transactions by customer name, transaction ID, or amount. Adjust the date range if the transaction is older.

Search Options

  • Customer name - Type the customer's name
  • Transaction ID - Paste the full or partial ID
  • Amount - Search by the payment amount

Finding a Transaction

  1. Navigate to Payments > Transactions
  2. Expand the date range if the transaction is old
  3. Type your search term in the search box
  4. Results filter as you type
  5. Click on the matching transaction to view details

Search Tips

  • If you know the date, narrow the date range first
  • Try searching by amount if you don't know the customer name
  • Use partial transaction IDs if you don't have the full number
