Quick Answer: Your invoice includes your monthly subscription fee, any overage minutes used beyond your plan, and applicable taxes. Click any invoice in Account > Billing to see detailed line items.

Common Invoice Line Items

  • Monthly Subscription - Your plan's base price
  • Overage Minutes - Minutes used beyond plan limit (if any)
  • Prorated Charges - Partial month charges for mid-cycle changes

Viewing Invoice Details

  1. Navigate to Account > Billing
