Upgrade Requires Payment Card - How to Add One

Add a payment card to complete your Local Business Pro plan upgrade. Step-by-step guide for new payment setup.

Quick Answer: If you don't have a payment card on file, you'll be redirected to Billing when upgrading. Add your card there, then return to Plans to complete the upgrade.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Navigate to Account > Plans
  2. Select the plan you want
  3. Click Upgrade
  4. If redirected, you need to add a payment method
  5. Go to Account > Billing
  6. Click Add Card and enter your card details
  7. Return to Account > Plans
  8. Select your plan and click Upgrade again
  9. Upgrade completes with the card on file
