Reply to customer messages directly from Local Business Pro inbox using SMS, email, or in-app messaging.

Quick Answer: Select a contact in the inbox, type your message in the composer at the bottom, choose your delivery channel (SMS/email), and click send.

Sending a Reply

  1. Navigate to Conversations > Inbox
  2. Click on the contact you want to message
  3. Their conversation history loads in the middle panel
  4. Review the conversation to understand context
  5. Click in the message composer at the bottom
  6. Type your reply
  7. Select the delivery channel (SMS or email)
  8. Click the send button or press Enter
  9. Your message appears in the conversation timeline
