How to Create Custom Records for Vehicles, Properties, or Pets

Set up custom record types in Local Business Pro to track vehicles, properties, equipment, or other industry-specific data.

Quick Answer: Go to Settings > Records & Templates > Custom Records tab, click Create Record, name it (Vehicle, Property, Pet), then add custom fields to capture the details you need.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Navigate to Settings > Records & Templates
  2. Go to the Custom Records tab
  3. Click Create Record
  4. Enter a name (Vehicle, Property, Pet, Equipment)
  5. Add a description of what this record tracks
  6. Click Save
  7. Go to Custom Fields tab
  8. Create fields and attach them to your new record type
