How to Import Contacts from a Spreadsheet or Other CRM
Bulk import your existing customer list into Local Business Pro using CSV or Excel files.

Before You Import
- Export your contacts from your current system as CSV or Excel
- Clean up obvious duplicates in your spreadsheet first
- Ensure phone numbers include area codes
- Standardize how names are formatted
Step-by-Step Import
- Navigate to Operations > Contacts
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the header
- Select Import Contact List
- Download the template to see required format
- Match your data to the template columns
- Upload your completed spreadsheet
- Map columns - match your headers to Local Business Pro fields
- Preview the import to check for errors
- Click Confirm to complete the import

- Phone (recommended): Phone number with area code
