How to Import Contacts from a Spreadsheet or Other CRM

Bulk import your existing customer list into Local Business Pro using CSV or Excel files.

Before You Import

  • Export your contacts from your current system as CSV or Excel

Step-by-Step Import

  1. Navigate to Operations > Contacts
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the header
  3. Select Import Contact List
  4. Download the template to see required format
  5. Match your data to the template columns
  6. Upload your completed spreadsheet
  7. Map columns - match your headers to Local Business Pro fields
  8. Preview the import to check for errors
  9. Click Confirm to complete the import
