How to Listen to Voicemail Messages from Customers

Access and listen to voicemails left by customers in Local Business Pro. Review caller messages and follow up.

Quick Answer: Go to Conversations > Voicemail, scroll to the Voicemail History section, and click the play button on any message to listen.

Listening to Voicemails

  1. Navigate to Conversations > Voicemail
  2. Scroll down to Voicemail History
  3. See all voicemails with date, caller info, and duration
  4. Click the play button on any row to listen
  5. Use pagination to view older voicemails
