How to Import Industry-Specific Record Templates
Use pre-built industry templates in Local Business Pro to quickly set up records for HVAC, auto, veterinary, and more.
Quick Answer: Go to Settings > Records & Templates > Industry Records tab, browse templates for your industry, and click Enable to import. The system creates the record type and fields automatically.

- Navigate to Settings > Records & Templates
- Go to the Industry Records tab
- Browse templates organized by industry
- Find one matching your needs (HVAC Equipment, Vehicle, Pet, etc.)
- Click Enable to import
- Review the created record and fields
- Customize field names or add more as needed
