How to Import Industry-Specific Record Templates

Use pre-built industry templates in Local Business Pro to quickly set up records for HVAC, auto, veterinary, and more.

Quick Answer: Go to Settings > Records & Templates > Industry Records tab, browse templates for your industry, and click Enable to import. The system creates the record type and fields automatically.

Step-by-Step Import

  1. Navigate to Settings > Records & Templates
  2. Go to the Industry Records tab
  3. Browse templates organized by industry
  4. Find one matching your needs (HVAC Equipment, Vehicle, Pet, etc.)
  5. Click Enable to import
  6. Review the created record and fields
  7. Customize field names or add more as needed

  • HVAC: Equipment units with brand, tonnage, refrigerant
