How to Find Available Equipment for Jobs

Quickly find available equipment in Local Business Pro when you need to assign tools or vehicles for upcoming jobs.

Quick Answer: Go to Operations > Equipment, set the Status filter to "Available", and optionally filter by Category. Browse the results to find equipment ready for use.

Finding Available Equipment

  1. Navigate to Operations > Equipment
  2. Click the Status filter dropdown
  3. Select Available
  4. Optionally filter by Category if looking for specific type
  5. Browse the filtered results
  6. Click on equipment to see full details
  7. Assign to the team member who needs it

Using the Stats Cards

The stats cards at the top show quick counts: Total, Available, With Team, At Properties, and Maintenance. The Available card tells you how many items are ready for assignment without filtering.
