Understanding the Conversation Detail Drawer

Use the conversation detail drawer in Local Business Pro inbox to view call recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries.

Quick Answer: Click on any conversation bubble (call, text, or chat) in the timeline to open the detail drawer. View full transcripts, listen to recordings, and see AI-extracted data.

What the Detail Drawer Shows

  • Call recordings - Listen to the full call audio
  • Transcripts - Read the conversation text
  • AI summary - Quick overview of what was discussed
  • Extracted variables - Data the AI collected (name, service requested, etc.)
  • Duration and timestamp - When and how long the interaction lasted

Opening the Detail Drawer

  1. Navigate to Conversations > Inbox
  2. Select a contact to view their conversation timeline
  3. Click on any message bubble or call entry
  4. The detail drawer slides open from the right
  5. Review the full details of that interaction
  6. Click X or outside the drawer to close it

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why don't some conversations have transcripts?
A: SMS and chat messages show directly in the timeline. Transcripts are generated for phone calls handled by your AI.

Q: Can I download call recordings?
A: Recording download options depend on your plan. Check the detail drawer for download links when available.
