How to Search and Find Conversations in the Inbox
Use search and filters effectively in Local Business Pro inbox to find specific customer conversations quickly.
Quick Answer: Use the search box at the top of the contact list to search by name, phone number, or email. Use filters to narrow down by starred contacts or unread messages.
Search Options
- Name search - Type the customer's first or last name
- Phone number - Search by full or partial phone number
- Email address - Search by email
Using Search Effectively
- Navigate to Conversations > Inbox
- Click in the search box at the top of the contact list
- Type your search term (name, phone, or email)
- Results filter as you type
- Click on the matching contact to view their conversation
- Clear the search box to return to the full contact list
Filter Options
- Starred - Show only contacts you've starred as favorites
- Unread - Show only conversations with unread messages
- All - Show all contacts (default)
